Random but very important things I must share with the world.

  • I have a son who wants to grow up to be a superhero. He does not plan on ever marrying or moving out of the house.
  • I have another son who plans on marrying his baby sister & moving to Tennessee. He used to want to be a bad guy when he grew up.
  • I'm not sure which concerns me more; the son who's going to be a freeloading superhero or the one who wants to be a stone hillbilly (as QM would say).
  • I'm beginning to feel like I live in an episode of Malcolm in the Middle. It's great for viewing, but not for real life.
  • When my husband is talking to me on the phone (a real rarity) & he says he loves me, my heart still skips a beat.
  • One day of no screaming while getting dressed out of 5 isn't bad. At least that's what I keep telling myself. I know it's a lie.
  • Bitsy pulled/pushed up on a step stool last night. I snapped a quick picture. She promptly toppled backwards onto the kitchen floor.
  • If my boys are left alone in the bathroom for more than 3 minutes solid, they will either hit one and other with the plunger, unroll all the toilet paper, or put on their bathing suits.
  • Babies are very resilient. Bitsy got three shots this morning. She cried until I got her pants pulled back up, then she smiled at the nurse.
  • The Queen Mother posted!
  • Aparently Wal-Mart is in such dire straights that they've had to lay off half their cashiers. At least I assume that's why there were only 2 regular lanes open this morning & each piled 6 people deep.
  • Bitsy has her first tooth!!

I'm concerned about your boys too, but with you, not sure which one is worse...shall we hold out another couple seasons of their lives to see what changes? Maybe the Hillbilly will find a new love, and leave his baby sister at the altar...and perhaps #1 Son will decide that being a freeloading superhero isn't quite the way to go, and he'll move into the barn!
As for Bitsy's tooth, I'm excited, and yet...I know...sad...
I'm glad FarmBoy can still make your heart skip a beat...Mom and Daddy still smooch in the kitchen and hold hands in public, and they just celebrated 42 years of marriage to each other.

Keep it up Farmie!
