The rains came down....

So, have you heard? Tennessee got a bit of rain this weekend. Just a bit. Kind of like New Orleans a few years ago & their bit of a storm.

Maybe the destruction in TN isn't quite as bad as it was in The Big Easy, and thank God, the death toll is no where close, but for some reason the national media is barely touching this one. Nashville is underwater. Memphis, too. Things are bad. Really bad.

Thank the Lord (again) that my family is safe. As far as I know none of them has suffered any damage to their homes. Bubba & Beck were trapped in Nashville Sunday night & HT has been stuck at his grandma's house, but that's all easily dealt with. Mama & Daddy's phone lines are out this week but their cells are still working fine.

But I know there are many, many others who are not so blessed. Please pray for them.
