I have discovered there are good things about everyone in the house having a stomach bug at the same time. Wanna' know what they are? Too bad. I'm going to tell you anyway.
- Dishes. When no one in your house wants to eat, there are no dirty dishes to wash. Cups & glasses may abound, but bowls, plates, pots, and pans stay tucked neatly away in the cabinets. I guess this makes up for the vast amounts of laundry that had to be washed while we were all ill.
- If no one is eating, the groceries you bought for the week will keep until next week slashing your grocery bill. Whoo hoo!
- When all four children are sick at once, they do not have the energy to fight, bicker, and make messes all day long. They all pretty much lay around the living room watching more TV than most people watch in a week. Thank the Lord for DVD's!
- When the outside temp hits 54 degrees, my husband did not object to throwing the windows open & letting fresh air flow through the house ridding us of the puke smells & germs swarming about. A short cease fire in the Window Wars is always welcome.
- When everyone is better, the kids are back at school, and the sun is shining, life seems good.

Yup. Always look on the bright side of life!!! S
So glad that you're doing better!!!!
Now that we're done with the worst part of the bug, we're doing much better also, only this stupid head cold lingers on...darn airplane canned air...grrrrr...
Well, the Tiny Princess has aroused from her morning nap, and so, it must therefore be time to do diaper duty, and let them play to work up as much appetite for lunch as possible...hoping to find some kid-friendly movie because I will NOT watch Barney...
There is always something good in everything.
I've been known to throw open the windows after that stuff comes thru the house even when it's 15 degrees outside.... like I did right before Christmas. It was cold in here yes, but the germs all went flying out the windows to freeze to death!!!
I'm glad everyone is feeling better finally.
