Too Early in the morning.

Why do I bother letting the kids stay up a little later on the weekends? It doesn't keep them in bed any longer. They were up at 6:30 this morning. Yuck! But since they were up, I got a head start on my day...an unnecessary head start, but one none the less. I got the veggies put in with the pot roast for lunch, cinnamon rolls baked (don't get excited, they're Pillsbury from the can), and the dish washer loaded all by 7:30. I wanted to sleep, but no; I had to be industrious instead.

We've just spent the past hour talking to Little BIL on MSN with the computer's mic. He had to go because it's midnight in S. Korea and his roomie was trying to sleep. Whoops. Not an easy task when my kids are running around and screaming in the back ground.

BabyGirl feels much better this morning. No fever. No vomiting. No earache. We're going to keep up the antibiotic and decongestant and hope for the best.

In the meantime, I'm going to fix a cup of International Delights French Vanilla Decaf and curl up on the couch with Little Altars Everywhere while Husband tromps through the snow to check out the puppies. He said he wouldn't be surprised if the sickly one was "stiff" this morning. We'll see.

Oh, and while we were talking to Little BIL, I had my shirt rolled up and Husband and I could see Bitsy rolling around. BabyGirl felt her. It was very cool & made a big sister very happy (she's the first one to really feel Bitsy move besides me).

We did loose the one sick pup. Not a big shock. But as far as I know, all the rest are doing well.

Happy that BabyGirl is better now, and so nice that she got to feel Bitsy move!
Sad about the little pup, but Mother Nature knows what's best for her sibblings...
Hope you have a good, long, night of sleep or at least, a recovering nap in the afternoon!

Your puppies are beautiful. You brought back such lovely memories to me of feeling my babies move. That's a long time ago now! Babygirl must be so excited to feel her little sister. And you were so worried about whether Bitsy would be a girl.I hope you are getting some rest ? Being a mummy is hard work.S

Later on in the day, #1 Son got to feel Bitsy kick too. He was amazed. I love watching their faces while the baby rolls.

I did get a nap today, in between screams from the living room...but a disturbed nap is better than nothing.
