If you haven't read it, you must go visit Art today and read about the adventures of her youngest, Mr.C.A. I laugh until it hurts every time I think about what the wild man did.
Art has 3 children, just like me. She has an oldest girl (Syd) followed closely by 2 boys (Lulu & Mr.C.A.), just like me. Our children are as close to carbon copies of each other as you can get without sharing DNA. Syd and Baby Girl are both bossy and girly and overly dramatic and very concerned about the welfare of their younger brothers (whom they think are their own private responsibilities). #1 Son and Lulu are both sensitive and loving. They are our cuddlers, our lovers, our quiet, reflective types...most of the time. They both also have the propensity to whine...unfortunately. Mr.C.A. and B.B. are the wild men of Borneo. They are fearless and energetic and too busy for their mothers. They are smart and sneaky and fast. They keep us in stitches when they're not making us insane. If they are quiet for too long we assume the worst...and we're usually right.
Her brood is about 3 years older than mine, so I can sit back and watch and see what I'll be dealing with in 3 more years. But this also leaves New Baby on its own...I have no one to compare Baby to. That makes me a little nervous. So, I can laugh at Mr.C.A.'s antics because I know I'll be there shortly.
Art, I love you and your babies...keep hangin' on there, Super Fly.

That was so funny. So-o-o funny...and I don't even know them.
I remember when Hub and my BIL were much younger and they were working outside loading the back of the truck with all this heavy stuff we heard the same song come wafting in through the windows in these masculine, off-key voices. My sister and I were rolling in the floor.
