The new bedding was our Christmas present from Husband's parents. I really like it which is something since MIL and I have drastically different taste in home decor. I've never had a full bed set before...bed skirt, pillow shams, and all. I was very excited when I opened this.
And that is the robe Baby Girl gave me for Christmas. I told Husband he may have created a monster. I have trouble getting out of my PJ's most days. Now I've decided to live in my robe instead. I did get dressed today, but Sunday I stayed in my robe after church...is this wrong? I'm not sure I've ever had a real robe either.
I had my robe laying in my lap after I opened it on our Christmas when Husband began explaining that I could wear it over my PJ's, after my shower, or "to answer the door if you have on a skimpy nightgown...but then you'd have to own a skimpy nightgown."

warm, fuzzy bath robes are the best! i brought mine to the hospital with me when baby bear was born. i knew i risked messing it up, but i didn't care. it was so nice to have it to put on over the lousy excuse for a gown they give you to wear.
If it were up to bugaboo we would have pajama day everyday. And she has just said you can do it at your house too. I'm sure the kids would love it. HaHa
Doesn't it feel good to crawl into a really pretty bed? And crawl out into a really cuddly robe? I especially love the latter when it's still warm from the dryer, and the former when it has a toasty hot water bottle at the foot.
Such pretty bedding. What a nice and luxurious gift. And a robe, something to wrap up in during the cold winter ahead.
Sounds like you had a very merry Christmas.
