H.T., Meet Farm Wife...
Not only is he a doll, he's the size of one! In case you haven't guessed, I'm down south again to see my new nephew. I so wanted to come last weekend, but things went from bad to worse on the farm last week. #1 Son's cold/virus turned into a double ear infection. Then my virus/cold turned into a full blown sinus infection & double ear infection. Then Baby Girl's virus/cold turned into a double ear infection. I woke up Friday morning and nearly passed out just from blowing my nose. I had to call my Grandma (Busha) to come baby sit me and the kids while Husband went to work. Uncle Gick had to drive me to the doctor. I was so dizzy I could hardly stand because of my ears, and to make matters worse, the doctor put me on a prescription strength decongestant that made me dizzy as well. Busha had to baby sit us again on Saturday because Husband had to work 6 hours...now she's sick with a virus/cold. ***** At any rate, I decided that I was coming home come hell or highwater this weekend. I think Husband wanted me to put it off until Thanksgiving, but I didn't want to chance the weather turning or someone else getting sick...I needed to see my nephew. ***** So today I met Mama just south of Nashville and she took me and the kids to Princess and Axl's house. H.T. is precious!!! But nothing had prepared me for how tiny he is. At just over 5 lbs. he makes my kids seem like Giants! ***** In all the excitement of posting about his birth and his picture and my flood, I forgot to mention that H.T. had to spend extra time in the hospital. His body temp. needed to regulate, he was a tad jaundice, and he didn't want to stay awake long enough to nurse. I was so worried for Princess and Axl, but the hospital set them up with a room (kind of like Ronald McDonald house) attached to the hospital so they could stay near H.T. He only had to stay one extra day and now he's doing very well. Princess and Axl are so proud, and they have every reason to be! & Aunt Farm Wife is smitten with her new Nephew (incase you haven't noticed).

Glad you got to see the new little one!
I hope you guys are getting the sickness out early so you don't have to fight with it all winter.
So glad you got to see him in person. Keep us posted on how he's doing.
I'm glad to hear you made it home to see your nephew while he's still a little guy. They grow up too fast!
