I"m still alive...better than alive. I still feel like road kill (and am beginning to look like it as well, but that can't be helped). I just saw a picture of my nephew, and let me tell you, H.T. is a looker!!!! He's precious as the day is long. He looks just like his mama. I sat at Uncle E and Aunt C's computer and cried. Baby Girl thinks I've lost my mind, "Why are you crying, Mommy?" "Because I'm so happy. Baby H.T. is so beautiful. He looks just like Aunt Princess. I really want to go see him, but I can't because I'm sick." "You can see him on the computer, Mommy." "I know, but I want to hold him." "Oh." Bless her heart.
#1 Son has a rather sever double ear infection. They're pretty unusual for him, and our NP said not to be too surprised if his ear drum ruptures. She said it'd be ok if it does, but he's probably in a lot of pain. One antibiotic dose, one prescription decongestant, and one dose of Motrin later, he's doing much better. Now I'm praying that both he and I are right as rain by next Friday. Baby Girl is out of school, so we may be able to take a trip south...Don't worry, H.T., Aunt Farm Wife will get there if I have to storm the gates of Hades!
And I'm now the proud owner of a new Kenmore washing machine...not that I wanted one, but you can't have your kitchen flooding everytime you wash a load of clothes!
I must go and show off my picture of my new nephew!!!!!!!!
