The Potty Lady Calling.

Forget Avon. We're calling everyone about our potty habits these days. Well, not we exactly, more Bitsy, but since she can't dial the phone, I'm doing the calling, she's doing the talking.

Last week she & I made a big trip to Wal-Mart & came home stocked up with Disney Princess panties, Pull-ups, and one more case of diapers. When we got home we made a "Bitsy Went Potty!" paper to hang up in the kitchen. Every time she goes, she gets to put a sticker on her paper. It's not really a chart as she's not good at getting the stickers in a specific place, but it makes her happy just the same.

Frequently, once the deposit is made, she needs to call someone & brag about her accomplishments. She's calls Grammy, Pa, Busha, and Ray-ray most frequently. There's lots of clapping & cheering going on by Mama & Daddy as well as the older FarmHands. She even used the potty yesterday while I was talking to Inkling on the phone....my daughter was pooping, she discovered a new tooth in Grasshopper's mouth.....it was a very exciting conversation.

I'm amazed at the idea that soon we'll no longer have to buy diapers. Please, don't tell me how much we've spent on them over the last 8 years & 4 months. I really don't want to know.
