For all your cat nanny needs.

This is the time of year when the spring kittens tentatively creep out of their hidy-holes & investigate the wide world of our little farm. It's also the time of year the FarmHands spend hours a day hunting kittens that would rather not be caught.

Bitsy has deemed herself Kitten Nanny Extraordinaire. She cannot tolerate kittens randomly scampering around the yard. They must be supervised & must be relocated by their Mama regardless of their feelings on the matter. She spends a good deal of time packing kittens around the yard yelling, "Mama! Kiddy! Mama! Kiddy!" She piles the kittens up near their mother (or any other random adult cat that may be near by; she's really not picky), and commands them to eat. By the time she's wrangled all the kittens up, they've begun escaping again.

It's very frustrating. Kittens really should stay where they're put.

I love the peeks into life on the farm. More please! Pictures would be great too.
What can I say. I've got my garden in and I'm feeling all Laura Ingalls-y. :)
