Keep On, Keepin' On...Or Trying to at least.

Sing with me now:
(to the tune of West Side Story's I Feel Pretty)
I feel lousy...oh, so lousy...(sorry, that's all I've got. Art, you can finish it for me).

I am no longer going to blog that I am getting better until there has been at least 24 hours of noticeable change. 24 hours of no fever, sweating, chills, sneezing, sore throat, cough, head congestion, or any related symptom. And I'm going to try not to blog about our illnesses to much. They come and go. Ebb and flow. We are like the tide...only with phlegm. Although I think I may be turning the route of sinus infection...

Tomorrow is BabyGirl's last day of eye drops. This is good. If you happen to drive by my house around 8 am, 3 pm, or 7:30 pm and hear screaming, please don't call DHS on us. We aren't sitting on the children to torture them. It's just for the eye drops...and we aren't really sitting on them regardless of what you hear them scream. It's simply a method of restraint.

Can I just say, God, please bless Brando?! She called me yesterday and offered to go into the store and pick up anything we needed. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, especially from someone I've only met face to face twice. I nearly wept when we got off the phone. Thank you so very much, Dear Brando!

Luckily Husband felt good enough to make a town run yesterday before she called. BabyGirl informed him she needed to go to the video store, so they got dressed and headed in. Brought home milk, juice, 3 boxes of Kleenexes, Sudafed, 2 movies for the kids, and McDonald's for lunch.

Today I have managed to sort laundry with the help of #1 Son (who loves to do laundry) and unload the dishwasher. Of course, I had to sit down to blog after that...honestly, I thought I might fall down after unloading the bottom rack. Now I only have to work up enough energy to load the dish washer before we run out of glasses and sippy cups. I don't know how Husband manages to go out to do chores. I can hardly walk through the house.

I am blushing here. Thanks for the kind words.
