The Black Plague Couldn't have been this much fun.

At least that's what I told Husband at 2 am when #1 Son woke us up with an ear ache and a fever. Oh, and B.B. definitely has Pink Eye. Did I mention that Husband was up coughing all night and I now have diarrhea? What's next? Ebola? Avian Influenza? Canine Encephalitis? Small Pox? OK, enough of that.

I'm taking the boys to see our NP at 11 and picking up cold and flu for Husband and Kayopectate for me...I just took the last one & it's all I'm allowed to take. I'm beginning to think I should hire a team of professionals to fumigate the house with all of us in it...either that or we may have to be quarantined.

All I can say is thank God the new baby isn't here yet! I'm already dreading putting drops in B.B.'s eyes. And thank God for Medicaid. Because our insurance premiums are so high the kids have a Kid's Care card. It picks up any medical costs our insurance doesn't cover (including co-pays and deductibles and prescriptions...most of them anyway). We may hit our deductible before January is over...

oh man. this is just not fair..Can you call up to the Lord and tell him your Cup Runneth Over and to stop pouring until this cools? Ok maybe it doesn't quite work like this but one would hope.

I'm still praying you have a better day today.

All I can say is "This too shall pass."

Hang in there.

I hope everyone feels better soon. (At my house, everyone else has a mild stomach bug but so far, I've resisted!)
