Or so he keeps telling me...thanks again, Ragged. If you think about Ragged today, please pray for her. Her kitty, Sammy, is very ill. Ragged may be facing a hard decision today. She's in a lot of pain...as is Sammy.
I'm grounding myself again. I have to clean this house. Tomorrow my WIC nurse is coming for a home visit. She won't inspect the house, but if it isn't spotless, I won't be able to handle it. Dishes (including pots...again), bathrooms, toys, laundry (not much), and I need to make noodles for lunch tomorrow...but first I have to make Husband's lunch for work.
My doctor's appointment was today. All went well. Doc said we'd do a 3-D ultrasound at 20 weeks (we go to a High Risk OB for that because of #1 Son's kidneys and B.B.'s hole in his heart wich was self correcting)...that means I have to wait until mid Feb. to find out Baby's gender. I'm going nuts...that's 9 weeks!!! I thought we'd find out in about 5...oh well.
Good news, I have purchased Christmas gifts! Not all of them, but a big chunk. I feel much better. I even picked out some cool, retro wrapping paper!
Baby Girl was invited to her first Birthday party yesterday. It's Saturday at the skating rink...my baby is a baby no more.
The Pic at the top is my favorite ornament. I had put it on the tree every year since I was 4, until I moved out. Mama sent it to me last Christmas for my tree. It's vintage Hallmark.

Good idea...maybe I'll break out all my pins and put the on here. I'll have to get the one off Baby Girl's coat too.
Good job on the shopping. I remember when the social workers would come for the home visits. My house had NEVER been so clean. Even my dishrag drawer was organized. You never know where she might look!

I pray that Sammy will be better soon, that Ragged is in my prayers as well....My heart aches that they are having a tough time.
