The Good, The Bad, and the Untold

Bad:
Husband & BabyGirl both got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

Good:
I got a new food processor for half off....so I got the 14 cup big mouth for the price of the 8 cup regular one. Yeah me! And just in time for massive amounts of zucchini from the garden.

Bad:
BabyGirl spent the entire Wal-Mart trip crying over a doll we said she couldn't have.

Good: The boys were very well behaved (until we hit the check out line...damn those impulse buy shelves).

Bad:
Bucka & Busha buried Mitzi last night.

Good:
Busha was very impressed by the way the University staff handled Mitzi's problems.

Bad:
Bitsy didn't feel the need to stay asleep last night.

Good:
I went to bed at 9 o'clock so it wasn't as hard to deal with.

Bad:
I forgot to drop off a movie at the video store so we had to back track about 8 miles to take it back.

Good:
It was Becoming Jane & fully worth the extra trip. (Note: Do not watch it hoping for an accurate depiction of Jane Austen's life. You will be disappointed. Watch it as a touching piece of fiction....and James McAvoy yummy who incidentally is rumored to be playing Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit! Yes, that's the dork in me jumping up & down & screeching with glee. I HAVE to watch Atonement & Penelope.)

Bad:
The constant fighting is wearing me thin. If there isn't something to argue about, BabyGirl will create something.

Good:
We got Bitsy's birthday presents today. She'll have an Octopus faucet cover, a baby doll, a small Care Bear, and a skirt & top all picked out by her siblings.

Right now we're about 50/50. We'll see where things head. If it all starts going to pot I have a half gallon of Blue Bunny Neapolitan ice cream & Memoirs of a Geisha on DVD. I have a funny feeling BabyGirl's about to be banished to her room for the remainder of the afternoon. Grrrr....
