Works for Me Wednesday
Ok, I know I don't usually post WFMW, but I had to do this yesterday & thought I'd share. Since we have 4 kids and 4 kids accumulate a lot of important paperwork, I have a manila envelope for each child in our fire proof safe. In each kids' envelope is their birth certificate, Social Security card, vaccine records, led screening results, and circus ticket. (If you go to Barnum & Bailey's web site with in 12 months of the birth of a child, you can get them a free circus ticket to be used anytime in their life.) That way if I need anything for school, the doctor, or WIC, I know just where to find it and which envelope I need.

That is a great idea, and I'm glad you posted it!! I have been dreading adding another set of "important stuff" to our fire proof box...this makes things so much easier, especially since BB and I each have these things to keep around as well!!!
