Here's Bitsy's new wardrobe courtesy of the Queen Mother, Aunt Princess, Art, and Did...and one bib from BabyGirl. Not all, but a good deal of this was acquired this weekend. I love seeing all the tiny girly things spread out like this. I especially love the "I'm the little sister" onesie. QM has ordered the other kids "I'm the big..." t-shirts. I got them when Bubba and Princess were born. It's traditional. I'd love to find one for HT that says, "I'm the big cousin," but I may have to have it made.
Tomorrow are BabyGirl and #1 Son's surgeries. So far everyone is well and I pray they can stay that way. #1 Son's appointment is at 7:15 and BabyGirl's is at 8:15. We have to be there at 7 to register and it's an hour and a half drive so we have to get up at 5. I'm so looking forward to dragging 3 hungry kids out the door that early in the morning (since BabyGirl & #1 Son can't eat prior to, I figure I'll have to keep B.B. hungry as well to avoid total "it's not fair!!!!" meltdown...at least until they go into surgery). I'm already tired just thinking about it!
I'm sporting my first sun burn of the year. I'm usually very careful about sunscreen, but today I forgot mine. My hair is pulled up and I noticed the back of my neck getting tender. I rounded up the kids and herded them inside to discover my neck is indeed a light shade of pink...not bad, but I may qualify as a red neck at the moment.
