So much has happened since I had to give up my regular posts. I have to tell you that I desprately miss you all. I feel so out of touch not getting to read up on your lives on a daily basis. Isolation is setting in again. But weddings and trips south are helping keep some of that at bay.
Inkling's wedding and reception were a blast. The bride and groom should be happily settled at her parents house now waiting the time to head NORTH...really far NORTH. I'm not sure what I'll do without my wonderfully supportive and kind and caring and funny and chatty and brilliant cousin. I'll miss her, but I couldn't be happier for her...unless of course B.C. was located 15 minutes from Southern Illinois. It was really hard telling her goodbye on Sunday.
B.B. has become rather chatty of late. His favorite thing to say is, "Dada mow. Drive. #1 Son Mow. Drive. Sissy mow. Drive." And he says it 800 times a day. You can't just passively listen to him. You must interact and repeat everything he says. It's fun...for about 30 seconds.
Baby Girl is officially on her way to Kindergarten. I can't believe it. She's getting so grown up. I'm waiting for her to ask to go on a date. She'll be 5 next week. Not my baby any more.
Larry-Boy has moved out and #1 Son has moved back in. He was missed. HE's now obsessed with Zebras. We'll see how long this lasts.
I got my liscence renewed without a hassle...no parking or tests. Just $10 and a new picture which turned out decently I must say (Ed Grimley?).
I'm headed South next week to see my family and Art and Did and Zann and many others I miss sorely. Possibly even Belle Bunny. She's a long lost friend I reunitd with via e-mail and am missing since my lost connection. She left a comment a few posts back, but included my "real name" so I had to delete it. Sorry Belle! I love you!
Hope all is well with you my cyber buddies! Till next time!
