See, we always talk about how poorly people drive here in the south. I don't recall- was Southern IL part of the Union or Confederacy? I'm guessing the Union. So they have no excuse for poor driving/road manners.
Southerners, please don't shoot me... I'm not really a happy camper tonight.

I love Peonies. My grandmother always planted them outside her back door.
